• (Agoraphobia) "Last Sunday afternoon I decided I had to make a real effort and do something. So I went out! just for a drive around locally, but I did it. Then in the evening I drove to woods at the side of the Loch with my dog and took her for a walk, and then drove around a bit more. I've been doing this 2 or 3 times every day since.
