Anxiety, Panic and Phobias

• (Agoraphobia) "Last Sunday afternoon I decided I had to make a real effort and do something. So I went out! just for a drive around locally, but I did it. Then in the evening I drove to woods at the side of the Loch with my dog and took her for a walk, and then drove around a bit more. I've been doing this 2 or 3 times every day since. A few times I have felt a bit panicky, but nothing like I was before, and I seem to be able to deal with it now and am enjoying my new found freedom after 20 months of being cooped up. I think I just needed a push in the right direction and to believe in myself a bit more. Whether or not this is what you intended to do, it's what you've done and I can't thank you enough."
• (Agoraphobia) "Have tried many times, with many therapies to overcome my problems. The hypnotherapy sessions and the skills I have been taught to do on my own are beginning to help me see real progress for the first time in over four years. I am happier, more contented in myself and can perceive a life without the problems now. John has been most helpful, patient and supportive throughout my treatment."
• (Agoraphobia) "The next step I am now going to be doing, is heading into the town in various stages. I actually like getting to that spot and enjoy walking past it. General anxiety seems to be diminishing on a daily basis, and I feel I am putting in good groundwork and am pleased with the results."
• (Agoraphobia) "Very satisfied by John Moonie's professional approach and caring attitude. With his help I feel a lot more confident in situations I found difficult or impossible. I have managed to go into a village 20 miles away and walk around the shops quite happily so I relish the challenges I now face."

HypnoPerth Client Comments...

Stop Smoking

• "It’s good news - (we) have not had a cigarette since the last one half an hour before we met with you. We came home and threw out the remaining cigarettes and ash-trays as you recommended. We have both been surprised at how easy it has been this time round, much easier than using the patches. Thanks for your help I have to say I was a bit sceptical before hand however would now recommend this method and yourself to anybody else trying to stop smoking."
• "How did you do it? It worked!"
• "I am absolutely thrilled with the results of my hypnotherapy! I have gone from being a long term smoker who couldn't imagine life without cigarettes to a happier, healthier non smoker in the space of 2 hours! I found the therapy itself relaxing and motivational and the CD is a real bonus. I will thoroughly recommend his form of treatment to anyone who wants to give up smoking, it may well have saved my life."
• "Hi John I am very pleased to say that this is my 7th week as a non smoker, thank you again for all your help, I will be sure to recommend you to any of my friends who are trying to stop."

• "I must say that the first few days were rather peculiar with no real effort required by me to keep off the cigs. The trend has continued and I now believe that the last thing I would ever do to myself would be smoke a cigarette. I laugh at the thought. The CD has been a great help in developing a more relaxed self. It took a few listens listens to actually absorb what was being said although I haven't listened to it in a week. I hope this is the start of the rest of my life without cigarettes."

Hypnotherapy CDs

• (Blushing) "I received the cd yesterday, and I really enjoyed it! I once went to a very known psykologist in Norway who specialises in hypnosis, but I must say that I feel this cd is a lot better for me."
• (Driving Anxiety) "Just to say thanks for getting me through my driving test. I cant believe it - after failing twice with my nerves, on test day, after using my customised CDs, I sailed through it. I felt so confident and didn't think twice about driving later on by myself the same day. It was just unbelievable - thanks again."
• (Panic attacks) "I'm more settled with myself, not angry or low. I know there will be hiccups but at the moment things are good. A big thank you John."
• (Smoking) "Thanks so much for your help and continued help from the tape that you sent me. The tape has been great. Every time I feel the need for a cigarette I play the tape. My thoughts are always reminding me of the harmful effect of a cigarette and I am going to open a savings account for the money I would usually spend on a packet. My son and husband have also given up with me, so with the money we will save, this time next year we will be able to buy a nice car. Thanks again for your help."
• (Smoking/alcohol) "I have only been using my tape for about ten days and I guess this is the percentage improvement up to now (60%). I hope it will continue to improve over the next few weeks. I am sticking to the advice and trying to follow to the letter. I have had 150% support from John by e-mail. I did not expect such a personal service and so much after care!"

Weight Control and Dietary Problems

• “I was a total crisp addict; I hid them from my children and would go nuts if anyone ate my crisps! I was overweight and unhealthy and wanted this to change. I went to see John as a complete sceptic and did not expect success. I didn’t think anything had happened during the session and left feeling no apparent difference and I was disappointed with this. However, that was almost 20 months ago and I have not eaten, or more importantly to me, had the desire to eat any crisps since that day. I am very grateful for this and my family and friends are totally amazed by my restraint.”
