What if I fall asleep?

There are two main versions of this:-

Really falling asleep and waking after the end of the CD or MP3

This probably indicates you were fairly tired physically anyway and needed the sleep. You’ll probably find you feel fresher and more alert. The “message” will still be received.

Becoming alert and awake after listening, but not remembering much of the session. Medium-deep state of hypnosis - being on a different thinking wavelength during the CD/MP3 play than your normal, waking state. Like waking up from a dream and being half-aware of it at the time, but after a shower and coffee it’s gone. (It’s still working).

Sensible stuff

Listening to a hypnotherapy CD or MP3 track on your car CD player is not conducive to safe driving! A comfortable chair in a quiet room in the house, feet up if you like and make sure there are no preventable distractions like phones going off or people careering in!
