-As soon as I receive your order, I send you a questionnaire using the supplied e-mail address (make sure you key it in accurately). The questionnaire is designed to cover all the information I will usually need.

-You answer the questionnaire and return by e-mail.

-If I need more information I will respond and ask for that.

-Just like live hypnotherapy your personal data is kept completely confidential - a professional and personal obligation.

-Based on your answers I create the personalised hypnotherapy soundtrack. Because it is customised in this way it has more power to help you overcome the problem you tell me about.

-I follow up with any queries you have about the CD use and give advice if needed.
